Tom Brady’s New England Breakup

In the year 2000 in the 6th round of the NFL Draft, the New England Patriots football team selected quarterback Tom Brady from the University of Michigan. As a football draft prospect, he was nowhere near the talent or physical ability level of quite a few of the other prospects that were in the draft that year; but boy did he deliver. Tom Brady over his monstrous career with the Patriots had won 6 Super Bowls, 3 League MVP’s, 4 Super Bowl MVP’s and 14 Pro Bowl Selections. He had played 20 years with one of the best football coaches of all time Bill Belichick. However, on March 20 Tom Brady signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for $60 million, $50 million guaranteed. This hit huge in the sports world because everyone knew Tom Brady as the Patriots QB for the longest time. However, the Patriots Family and Fanbase showed an immense amount of love and support for their quarterback for 20 solid seasons and he did the same to the city he called his home.
